The objective of this undertaking is to create a digital product or platform aimed at aiding landlords in managing their tenants and properties. The platform will boast a range of features, including rent reminders, automatic invoice generation, emergency services, e-sign contract capabilities, and email correspondence. To ensure a user-friendly experience, the design process involves a thorough examination of other competing platforms, allowing us to identify and improve upon their limitations. Our top priority in developing the platform was to enhance the user experience, making it effortless for landlords and tenants alike to navigate and utilize.
Idea
To create a comprehensive platform for property management, primary research was carried out to identify the required functions for landlord and tenant responsibilities. In order to finalize the features, a thorough analysis of various companies in the field was conducted, and a brainstorming session was held. The wireframe of a mobile/iPad application was developed to lay out the platform’s features in detail.

IMPLEMENTATION AND IMPLICATION
The example shown here is about adding a property and assigning it to a tenant. As seen in the image, the interface allows you to move in the four primary tabs Home, Tenants, Property, and Repair. These were the main functions of this product. After you tap on the property, you see the first screen from the left which is about adding a property.

Tenant Information Area
As you fill-up the information, it takes you toward assigning a tenant to a property. If there are no tenants, a button takes the user to the “add a new tenant” tab as shown in the last screen. After filling in the basic details of adding a property successfully, the user can add/update the details about the property.
